Returns and Refunds
At Amazing Dream, we are committed to offering quality clothing that meets our customers' expectations. If you ever have a problem with your order, please refer to the return policy below and then contact us.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- To request a refund, the item must not have been worn or washed.
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
-Defective product (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect printing).
-Order error (e.g., wrong size).
- In case of return, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error in processing the order.
To initiate a return request, simply email us at contact@amazingdream.ca , including your order number and a photo clearly showing the problem. Each request will be reviewed before approval.
RETURNS FOR WRONG SIZE SELECTED
If you selected the wrong clothing size when ordering, we can offer an exchange. However, the shipping costs for the replacement item will be your responsibility. To avoid this type of problem, we strongly recommend that you consult our size guide before placing an order.
